Reservations: The first night’s deposit is required to guarantee any reservation; the balance will be due upon arrival. There is a 6% state tax and a 5% county tax additional to all rates.   Weekend rates are Friday & Saturday. All reservations are subject to confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: There is a seven (7) day cancellation policy, and there is a $25 processing fee for all cancellations. If the reservation is cancelled less than seven (7) days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds for an early departure. All reservations are subject to confirmation.

Check-In/Check-Out: Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and all guests must check-out by 11:00 a.m.

Fourth of July Reservations: Minimum nights are required, please contact reservations department for details. Deposit for the first night is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due by June 1st. There will be a $25 processing fee for cancellations before June 1st, for any cancellation after June 1st, any deposits will be forfeited. No Refunds.

For Fourth of July reservations confirmed after June 1st: Deposit for the first night will be required at reservation time, balance in full will be required within 48 hours. If this reservation is cancelled, any and all deposits will be forfeited. No Refunds.

A smoke-free environment: The Breakers Hotel, including all guest rooms, public spaces and balconies are entirely smoke-free.

Pets: We certainly love our furry friends, but they are not allowed to stay at The Breakers. If a pet is found in your room, then you will be asked to leave the property. No refunds issued.

NOTE: In order to rent a room, guests must be at least 21 years of age with a major credit card as well as a valid driver’s license. Anyone under the age of 21, without a parent or legal guardian will be required to present a $500 cash security deposit. The Breakers Hotel does not permit excessive noise within the hotel and strictly enforces under age drinking laws, as set forth by the State of Maryland.

Springfest

3-Night minimum
Springfest celebrates spring and the upcoming summer season. It is four dynamic days of delicious food, live entertainment and unique arts and crafts under four huge big top tents. Springfest is located in the Inlet Lot at the south end of Ocean City’s famous Boardwalk.  Springfest serves up a continuous variety of musical performances on two stages. Admission to the four-day event is free.

We stay there every year at sunfest

The staff are very pleasant and more than willing to help you with any thing you need. I go with 5 other girls, the suite was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The beds very comfortable we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Breakers is very convenient to shops, game pier,and right next to The Dough Roller restaurant for good pizza.

The internet pictures tell the story. A very nice, neat, bright and very clean hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The receptionist's were there to make your stay just like home. You could'nt have asked for nicer people, they made you feel very welcome.

The ladies at the reception desk were extremely friendly and welcomed us to the Breakers Our suite on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean was beautiful. . They even provided a chair for the tub since I am handicapped. I have never had this in any other hotel where we have stayed. We will definitely stay at the Breakers again and have already told friends about out wonderful stay there this month.
