Reservations: Minimum of two nights are required. The first night’s deposit is required to guarantee any reservation; the balance will be due upon arrival. There is a 6% state tax as well as a 6% county tax additional to all rates. Weekend rates are Friday & Saturday. All reservations are subject to confirmation. Note: Minimum of 3 nights are required for Springfest, Sunfest, 4th of July, and Oceans Calling.
Cancellation Policy: There is a seven (7) day cancellation policy, and there is a $25 processing fee for all cancellations. If the reservation is cancelled seven (7) days or less prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds for an early departure. All reservations are subject to confirmation.
Check-In/Check-Out: Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and all guests must check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Springfest and Sunfest: Minimum of three nights are required.
Fourth of July Reservations: Minimum of three nights are required, please contact reservations department for details. Deposit for the first night is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due by June 20th. There will be a $25 processing fee for cancellations before June 20th for any cancellation after June 20th, any deposits will be forfeited. No Refunds.
All Fourth of July reservations are confirmed after June 20th: Deposit for the first night will be required at reservation time, balance in full will be required within 48 hours. If this reservation is cancelled, all deposits will be forfeited. No Refunds.
A smoke-free environment: The Breakers Hotel, including all guest rooms, public spaces and balconies, are entirely smoke-free.
Pets: We certainly love our furry friends, but they are not allowed to stay at The Breakers. If a pet is found in your room, then you will be asked to leave the property. No refunds issued.
NOTE: To rent a room, guests must be at least 21 years of age with a major credit card as well as a valid driver’s license. Anyone under the age of 21, without a parent or legal guardian will be required to present a $500 cash security deposit. The Breakers Hotel does not permit excessive noise within the hotel and strictly enforces underage drinking laws, as set forth by the State of Maryland.
